How do you remove soap scrum from a glass shower screen?

The shower screen is plain glass. I’ve tried a lot of products but it seems the scrum is between the glass. Can someone help?

We’ve just replaced a shower screen with a curtain and it’s not too great.It hangs too far in the bath and sticks to you.
We looked at a curved rail to keep it ouside the bath but they were all too short.
I think a longer curtain may help as we could move the curtain further outside our bath.
Is there any type of curtain available that doesn’t sort of bunch or ruffle but keeps straighter?
At the moment we have a spring loaded pole as it needs to be quite long.

I’m in the UK but any ideas most welcome.
